Mrs Day, Royal Wootton Bassett   After having a visitor to our home who had driven over a roundabout prior to parking in our drive and finding as he drove away that his sump had split and the contents were left on our brick paved drive, we were mortified! Our visitor quickly phoned Diamond Sheen, who arrived faster than Greenflag! Adrian immediately assessed the situation, cleared away the sand that we used to soak up the oil and treated it fast.  He came back a couple of days later, as promised and further treated the oil and pressure washed the drive, bring it up like new! The sun however drew the oil back out, Adrian came back a further 3 times and re-treated the oil stains, he spent a considerable amount of time at our property as he wasn’t happy with the initial outcome. Adrian kept in touch with us and came back on a Sunday to re-sand the drive.    We are happy with the drive, considering it was such a mess, you can only see a slight mark now, he has offered to come back again in a few months should we need him too.    We feel that Adrian did far more than he needed too and was extremely impressed with his standards. We had never met Adrian before this incident, we would definitely recommend him to others, it was a first class service by a honest, likeable  and trustworthy gent! Fantastic service all-round” ( Martin **** Rushy Platt Swindon.)   We had our driveway, patio and decking cleaned by Diamond Sheen. The driveway was looking tired and had lots of moss growing on it. The patio was greying and the decking was grey, drying and splintering. I rang Adrian and he came and quoted the same day. He was extremely professional and personable. We booked in for the following week. It was the hottest day of the year, but Adrian suited up and worked all day. The amount of muck that came out of the drive was incredible, and the difference could be seen immediately. We had done a small patch with a jet washer ourselves, but Adrian’s machine really brought out the original colour. The drive had turned from grey to rustic red.  The patio changed from grey to Cotswold Stone and the decking returned to its original wood colour. Adrian returned the second day and put the sand in the drive.  It looks like new. I spent a further day oiling the deck, which is now as good as new. There was also no tidying up needed as Adrian did it all. There were other companies that quoted less, but they only had jet washers, and didn’t seem as interested or as trustworthy.  I would  recommend Adrian to anyone.
